Infant feeding course


Do you want to improve your knowledge of infant feeding and breastfeeding?
Our on-line course is module based. You can take just one module, a selection to suit your needs or the whole course.

The first module for this course will be available shortly.

Whilst our course is initially designed for doulas, breastfeeding enthusiasts and healthcare professionals who wish to improve on their breastfeeding knowledge, we also invite (future) mothers to discover more about breastfeeding. This course has been designed with mothers in mind too.

  Sue Saunders, IBCLC  

 

 


Sue Saunders has a background in midwifery, nursing and breastfeeding counselling. Her main focus has been in breastfeeding, lactation and human milk feeding since becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 1989. Sue's varied experience in both hospital and community settings, in Western Australia, West Africa, Penang and England has been 'empowering' and at times 'challenging'. She feels passionately about providing evidenced based information and skilled help; for over 20 years has facilitated breastfeeding and lactation training for parents, peer supporters and healthcare professionals and provided skilled assistance for breastfeeding families..

The Modular Infant Feeding Course is C$50.- (Canadian Dollars) per module.
There is no membership or joining fee. A certificate is issued after successful completion of every module.
