Payment is ONLY refundable (minus C$20.- for admin*) within 7 days of registering with us. If you have paid but can't attend we will do our best to re-schedule you on a later webinar.
The course needs to be paid in full 7 days before the start of the first webinar. If you are paying in installments the last installment needs to be paid 7 days before the start of the webinar.
If you are unsure if a webinar format would work for you, get in touch with us and we can "test" the feasability of the webinar with you prior to enrolling on the course. A refund will not be given if the format does not work for you.
It is your responsiblity to check that you are correctly equipped to follow and participate in the webinars. Please talk to us if unsure.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient time to complete your pre-course module and have scheduled the 6 webinars into your diary.
